OIC of Rhode Island as a community partner offers evening classes to parents of students at the Providence Career and Technical Academy. This innovative program is used to engage parents and family members in meaningful ways with their childrens' education. A pilot program was launched in March of 2013, and the goal is to close the skills gap and provide opportunities for industry certification.
